Great Tew Estate, Cotswolds

We had worked with the Great Tew Estate for many years, so we were pleased to be asked to be involved with their new HQ building. The Estate's in-house architect designed a state of the art office building with far reaching views, and wanted a single ergonomic chair model that everyone would find comfortable and worked with the buildings simple, elegant astetic.

We were invited to attend site at build stage at the invitation of the interior design team and Head architect. We set-up a beauty parade of 6 different chair models that fitted the brief for the CEO and staff members to try in their existing offices, while the new build was in progress next door. The team chose a fully adjustable model with settable lumbar support and foot base to promote foot movement when seated to promote good posture and circulation.

The chairs were ordered 6 weeks before move-in date into the new building. We built and tested each chair in our warehouse workshop before taking all 20 chairs to site, where our team set-up each chair into neutral positions, and demonstrated to staff user freindly adjustments they might want to make to get everyone comfortable.

What Ivy Farm had to say...

a huge huge thank you for all your efforts in helping us create our dream offices, from moving and installing furniture to putting up animal heads and so much more. We really appreciate all the hard work and time you’ve spent helping us across weekends and evenings, and your multiple trips to Bristol. We really could not have done this without you.
